Exclusive Use of Pendleton Springs: ​ We only host one wedding or event at a time. Pendleton Springs allows you to have exclusive use of our facility. This includes reception barn, restrooms, kitchen, bridal suite, groom room, outdoor ceremony site and the dance floor.
​Property Access: Arrival to venue starts the morning of the event, this will allow ample time for decorations to be put out by the bride or bridal party. Amplified music ends at 10:00pm the night of the event no exceptions. The facility closes at 11:00pm the night of the event no exceptions. This will allow an hour for clean up and removal of personal items from the facility.
Day of Event: Pendleton Springs staff will set up tables and chairs the day of your event.
​Rehearsals: Rehearsal will take place the day prior to the wedding or event. Rehearsal will be limited to 2 hours, if you need more time you can purchase it for $100/hour. No alcohol is permitted on the facility during rehearsal, unless you have a security guard present. We are not set up to have rehearsal dinners at our facility.
​Rain Plan: If it looks like it might rain on your special day we can move the ceremony to the reception barn. This decision is solely up to you and will be made the day of the event.
​Music: Music must end by 10:00pm no exceptions
​Alcohol: Pendleton Springs does not serve any alcohol, however as the event host you may hire an approved bartending service and/or licensed bartender. Guests may bring in their own alcohol (BYOB) with the presence of a security guard hired by the wedding party. Alcohol can only be available when a security guard is present. The security guard must be secured 30 days prior to the event if alcohol will be available. All event hosts and bartenders must indemnify Pendleton Springs from liability and responsibility associated with providing alcohol. We will closely be monitoring our alcohol policy with every event held at Pendleton Springs.
​Smoking Policy: Pendleton Springs is a non-smoking facility. No smoking is allowed in the reception barn, bridal suite, groom room, bathrooms, kitchen, decorating room or porch. We have outdoor smoking areas designated for smokers.  No cigarette butts left on the ground. It is the responsibility of the event coordinator/bridal party to remove all butts left behind from guests.
​Save the Date and Payment Policy: $1,000.00 with a signed contract is required to reserve your date at Pendleton Springs. The "save the date money" is non-refundable for any reason. The remaining balance of $3,500 is to be paid 90 days prior to the event.
​Cancelation Policy: You may cancel the event no less than 120 days prior to event, your $1,000 to reserve the date is non-refundable.  If cancelled after 120 days prior to the event you will be responsible for the entire package price of $3,500 and payment must be made at cancelation.
​30 Day Bridal Consultation: 30 days prior to event we will meet to review color schemes, tour the decorating room for table settings, review RSVPs for seating, review time of arrival and talk security if alcohol will be part of the event.  
​Vendors: You have the freedom to choose your own vendors.
